This, we hope, will set a foundation for community led collaboration to deliver enduring changes to prevent health inequalities.

Lets build a world where health equity is a reality for every individual. Together, we can make a lasting impact and create a future where health disparities are a thing of the past. Join us in the fight for a healthier, fairer, and more inclusive society!

Session 2- Your Choice:

21st September @ ParkLife
In this session, we aim deliver a workshop that creates a basic understanding of health measures. We aim to check participants’ blood pressure, pulse, weight and risk factors in order to explain to them the implications of their measurements on their overall health and the importance of self-empowerment.

Session 3 - Your Expert:

9th November 2023
Once we have identified the most common/relevant chronic disease area to the participant demographic, we aim to run a specialist/primary care clinician led in depth session on a given topic area (Diabetes, Hypertension, Asthma, COPD, Heart Failure).
Promoting Health Equity: Join the Fight Against Health Inequality!

Are you ready to make a difference in your community and be part of the solution to tackle health inequality? We believe that everyone deserves equal access to quality
healthcare and the opportunity to live a healthy life. Join us in our mission to create a fairer and healthier society for all!

Understanding Health Inequality

Health inequality is a pressing issue affecting diverse communities worldwide. It stems from social, economic, and cultural disparities that lead to unequal health
outcomes. Together, we can address these root causes and build a more inclusive healthcare system.

Join the Movement
Our campaign invites you to join a vibrant community of changemakers, activists, and healthcare professionals committed to promoting health equity. By working
together, we can break down barriers, empower marginalized groups, and advocate for change at all levels.

Educate and Empower
Knowledge is power! We can organize workshops, seminars, and awareness campaigns to educate communities about health disparities and their impact. Understanding the root causes is the first step towards creating a more just and equitable society.

Raise Your Voice
Advocacy is at the heart of our campaign. Stand up for health equality by raising your voice on social media, engaging in policy discussions, and supporting initiatives that promote equitable healthcare access.

Be the change
Join us as we take action to tackle health inequality head-on. Together, we can improve healthcare access, reduce disparities, and ensure that everyone has the opportunity to lead a healthy and fulfilling life.

Aim:
Our overall aim is to educate and empower participants, particularly those from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) backgrounds, to take charge of their own health and to become ambassadors for good health within their wider communities. This, we hope, will set a foundation for community tackling of health inequalities.

We will be updating this page with local information and links shortly "Time is not our friend"
